Woman kidnapped in Festac this morning


Friends of Toyin Nwosu say she was kidnapped this morning in Festac town, Lagos around 2:00am right in the presence of her family. She is 40 and a mother of 4. The kidnappers escaped through the canal at Amuwo area and are yet to contact her family. Anyone with any useful info should contact the nearest police stateion.

3 more pupils die in Jos school building collapse


According to NEMA, three more pupils have died in the building collapse that happened at the Abu Naima Primary and Secondary School, a private Islamic school, situated in the Bukuru area of Jos, the Plateau state yesterday September 13th. 
 
7 deaths were initially recorded but with this new development. the number of deaths so far from the incident is now put at 10. Most of the students that died were between 6-10 years old. A total of 38 children were in the school learning the Quaran when the incident occurred.

Al Qaeda leader, Ayman al-Zawahri urges lone wolf attacks in U.S. and other countries in new audio recording


In a new recording released over the weekend, Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri called on young Muslim men in the United States and other Western countries to carry out lone wolf attacks
"I call on all Muslims who can harm the countries of the crusader coalition not to hesitate. We must now focus on moving the war to the heart of the homes and cities of the crusader West and specifically America." " he said in an audio recording posted online, referring to nations making up the Western-led coalition in Iraq and Syria, which includes Australia.
