On Saturday January 19th, the 2019 Presidential debate took place and it was anchored by British/Nigerian broadcaster, Mark Eddo. Many people hadn't seen him before and had thought that the organizers of the debate had brought in a foreigner to serve as a moderator in the all important Nigerian presidential debate.
Mark however in the course of the debate, disclosed that he is a Nigerian and that he had his primary and secondary school educations in public schools in Nigeria.
However a certain Nigerian, Joseph Abayomi Edet, did not hear Mark's omment and took to his Facebook page to express his disappointment that a ''white man'' was allowed to anchor a Nigerian presidential debate.
