Saudi Arabia forms alliance of 34 Muslim nations to fight ISIS

Saudi Arabia has formed a coalition of 34 mainly Muslim countries - including powers such as Egypt and Turkey - to coordinate a fight against "terrorist organisations". North Korean court sentences Canadian pastor to life imprisonment for 'crimes against the state'

A Supreme Court in North Korea has sentenced Hyeon Soo Lim, who pastors the Light Korean Presbyterian Church in Toronto to life imprisonment with hard labour after he was convicted of committing 'crimes against the state'. Pastor Soo Lim who had been in detention since February was given the sentence after a brief trial.
