Ex-USAF serviceman films 'gem-shaped' UFOs flying in formation through night sky

A former United States Air Force serviceman claims he has filmed 'gem-shaped' UFOs flying in formation across the sky.

The unnamed man said he was standing outside his home smoking a cigarette when he noticed two mysterious and identical objects with lights slowly rising into the air.
After rising above the trees they then flew in a formation along a straight path from northwest to southeast, he told the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) .
He said the objects had an identical gem shape and appeared to spin in unison as they flew silently across the night sky above Montgomery County, Ohio.

Submitting his report to the MUFON , he said: "The two craft travelled a straight and level flight path from northwest to southeast.
“They appeared to be a spinning gem shape, with no sound.
“Both were spinning in unison, and appeared to be flying in formation. Recon definitely came to mind.”
The serviceman, who had more than 30 years experience in the air force, added that he was certain there was no regular USAF craft he had not encountered but these were not familiar to him.

He used his mobile phone to record evidence of the moment, which he also submitted to the report, on November 7, 2015.
He said he watched until the UFOs disappeared out of sight - the one in front went first while the second remained visible for a few more seconds.
MUFON officials in Ohio investigated the sighting but were unable to determine the nature of the UFO.
