Man gets trapped by high tension electric wire

This happened today in front of the police college, Ikeja, Lagos. He is said to be a staff of the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company, IKEDC. The company had announced some days ago that there would be a 
total power outage from today till the 5th of September, 2015…… I pray help gets to him on time……
